Directions: Exit the M23 at Junction 10 and take the A2011 to Crawley. At the 1st roundabout take 2nd exit towards the town centre. At the next roundabout take the first exit towards the Country Mall. Go straight over the next two roundabouts and under the railway bridge. The hotel is on your right.

  • Transfers from airport: Transfers to and from airport: The hotel has direct access to Terminal 4 via a covered walkway. For Terminals 1,2 & 3 customers should use the Free Heathrow exoress train from Terminal 4, which runs every 15 minutes, taking around 7 minutes.
  • Timings of transfers: Walking distance to terminal 4 and every 15 minutes to the other terminals.
  • Holiday Parking: Unload your car and collect a long term parking voucher from reception. Then take your car to Parking Express where a transfer bus will return you to Terminal 4 and the walkway back to the hotel. In the morning you simply walk through to Terminal 4. On return take the Parking Express transfer back to pick up your car. If you stay longer than the 8 day package, parking is charged at the normal daily rate.
